Returns, Replacements, and Refund Policies

placing orders with us, please note the following policies.
Returns and Replacements
Please contact us immediately upon book receipt for particulars
on how to return and replace books either damaged in transit or with
printing flaws.
For damages sustained during shipping: You must initiate a
formal complaint with the carrier before we will take action to
replace damaged books.
For texts received with printer's errors: Please contact
us with the details and we will determine the most expedient way to
return and replace the books in question.
Refunds
First-time orders of 1-10 books come with a five (5) calendar-day
free-look period, during which time we will accept returned books
and process purchase-price refunds. However, all returned books MUST
be:
- Received by us in undamaged, unmarked, resellable condition;
pack them for safe traveling.
- Accompanied by a copy of any invoice and/or payment record
so that both the purchaser and the refundable amount will be
clear and verifiable.
To expedite your refund: Please inform us by e-mail or
telephone of your intent to return the book(s) and indicate the date
you both received the book(s) and the date you shipped it back.
For repeat purchasers, orders of 11 or more books, and all SST
returns, we will strive to make similar accommodations, but the
returns must be approved in advance by an authorizing agent
at On-The-Test Publishing.
These policies are subject to change
without notice.
The policy in effect on the day you
placed your order will prevail in the case of a return, replacement,
or refund. |
